Fees and Billings
The General Practitioners at this practice Bulk Bill all patients who hold a Medicare Card. Overseas Visitors without Medicare are charged a $70.00 consultation fee.
After Hours/Home Consults
Home Visits are available for regular patients of this Practice whose condition prevents them form attending the surgery during normal surgery hours. If you require a home visit please phone Sydney Medical Service Co-operative on 02 8724 6300.
Emergency Situations
In an emergency, please dial 000 for an ambulance, or go to your nearest hospital.
Interpreter Service/NABS
We have access to an Interpreter through TIS, and to assistance for hearing impaired patients through NABS. Please enquire at Reception if an interpreter or access to NABS is required.
Longer Consultations
If a patient requires a longer than normal consultation time, an appointment can be made.
Appointments
Our practice sees patients on an appointment basis from 10am daily, but walk-in patients also welcomed. Appointments can be made by telephoning our surgery and are encouraged.
Results
Your Doctor will advise when results are expected to arrive back at the Practice. See your Doctor to find out your results and ask what they mean for you care
Telephone Calls
Doctors may be contacted during normal surgery hours, and will answer most calls, or return them at an appropriate time, depending on urgency. Your call will always be put through to the Doctor in an emergency
